Q: What sizes are your blocks?

A: 290x290x90mm: Flower, Diamond, Double Square, Hindu, Leaf, Connect, 3D Flower, Temple and Star. 300x300x70mm: Posy, Harlow, Mosaic, Rose and Iris. Grass pavers are 300x250x80mm. Sizes can vary by a couple of millimetres.

 

Q: What is the difference between the Classic Range and the Boutique Range breeze blocks?

A: Classic Range blocks have a standard masonry white finish that is more porous. Both sides are the same. They are a standard flat, pressed finish block, like a standard breeze block. Boutique Range blocks are poured, with a very smooth front face, bevelled edges and a bright white finish. They have either a troweled finish back or a honed finish back.

 

Q: How many grass pavers do I need and what do they cost?

A: You need 13.3 grass pavers per square metre. The price is A$110.00 per square metre including GST. For example, 20 square metres is A$2,200.00 including GST and 266 pavers.

 

Q: Are your blocks in stock? Is there a lead time?

A: Anything shown as in stock on our site is in stock now. If a block is not shown as in stock, contact us and we will check for you.

 

Q: What colours are available?

A: Each block has a colour choice on its product page when you add it to your cart.

 

Q: Can hand poured blocks go outdoors?

A: Yes. Iris, Posy, Harlow and Temple are hand poured with a smooth face and a troweled back. They suit indoor or outdoor use. They can also be honed on the back at an additional cost. Contact us for the cost.

 

Q: What mortar do I use?

A: Our Pre-Made White Mortar Mix suits the Classic breeze block range. One 22.5kg bag covers approximately 25 breeze blocks' worth of mortar and costs A$50.00 per bag including GST.

 

Q: Do you do poured concrete and custom bench tops?

A: Yes, across Perth. We pour honed, polished and exposed finishes for driveways, patios and alfresco areas, and we make custom polished concrete bench tops. Every job is quoted individually. To get a quote, send us your suburb, the rough size, the finish you want, when you would like it done and a couple of photos.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders go out 3 to 5 days from when the order is placed. Delivery is kerbside, put out the front of the property.

 

Q: Can I return my blocks?

A: There are no returns for change of mind, but most cases are looked at individually. If blocks are damaged before they are unloaded, for example they look damaged on the pallet, we can arrange a replacement. Once the blocks are unloaded and moved, we do not cover breakages, or anything the bricklayer or customer causes.
